We ship to the United States and United Kingdom only.  There is a $14.95 (US) surcharge added to orders shipped to the United Kingdom.  We ship United States Postal Service(USPS) Priority, Global Priority and USPS Express Mail.  Global Priority is the only option available for orders shipping to United Kingdom addresses.

Most orders are shipped by 2 PM the following business day.  If for some reason we cannot ship your order by 2 PM the following day, we will email you to let you know within 24 hours. Express Mail – If you request Express Mail, your order will be shipped the following business day by 11 AM.  

For USPS Priority, please allow 3-4 days for delivery within the United States.  For USPS Express orders, please allow 2-3 days from date purchase for delivery (excluding holidays and weekends).  Orders shipped to United Kingdom can take up to three weeks.

At Sundog Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are unhappy for any reason, simply send back the item(s) within 30 days and we will refund 100% of the purchase price plus standard (USPS Priority) shipping charges.  If the mistake is ours, we will also gladly pay for your return shipping charges when we receive your item(s).  Please note that we refund Standard shipping charges only.  We do not refund for Express (USPS Express) shipping charges.
