We ship to the United States addresses only.  We ship United States Postal Service(USPS) Priority and USPS Express.

Most orders are shipped by 2 PM the following business day.  If for some reason we cannot ship your order by 2 PM the following day, we will email you to let you know within 24 hours. Express Mail – If you request Express Mail, your order will be shipped the following business day by 11 AM.  

For USPS Priority, please allow 3-4 days for delivery within the United States.  For USPS Express orders, please allow 2-3 days from date purchase for delivery (excluding holidays and weekends).

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order.  You can always learn the status of your order by clicking on the order status link in your order confirmation email.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from the United States Postal Service that contains your tracking number.   To track your order, simply enter the label number from your email at usps.com.

At Sundog Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are ever unhappy for any reason, simply send back the item(s) and we will refund 100% of the purchase price plus standard (USPS Priority) shipping charges.  If the mistake is ours, we will also gladly pay for your return shipping charges when we receive your item(s).  Please note that we refund Standard shipping charges only.  We do not refund for Express (USPS Express) shipping charges.
